Illnesses don’t recognize the weekend. When your family needs to see a healthcare provider after normal business hours or on the weekend, we’re here for you. With over 20 years of nursing experience, nurse practitioners Carrie Dozier, MSN, FNP-BC, Michelle Moore, MSN, FNP-BC, and Judy Trenary, DNP, FNP-BC, are prepared to care for the urgent care needs of your entire family.
Many after-hours illnesses and lab work do not require the services of the emergency department, but rather can be treated by a certified nurse practitioner, saving you time and money. Our hours reflect the needs of patients in the Golden Triangle to have access to quality health care after normal business hours.

Carrie Dozier
FNP-BC
Carrie graduated from Mississippi University for Women in 2018 with her Masters Degree in Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She brings to the practice many years of nursing experience in both medical and cardiovascular care. Carrie lives in Columbus with her husband Brandon, and twins Madison and Mackenzie.
Judy Trenary
DNP,FNP-BC
Judy is the founder of Weekends Plus Urgent Care. The vision for the clinic began when she worked in the Emergency Department on the weekends and saw the need for a clinic with extended weekend hours. Judy earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, after completing the Masters Program at UAB in 2005. She has over 26 years of nursing experience and is a board-certified Nurse Practioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Klancie Smith
FNP-BC
Klancie graduated from University of Southern Mississippi in 2018 with her Masters Degree in Nursing. She is also a 1999 Alum of Auburn University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as a member of the Oncology Nursing Society. She has extensive nursing experience in Oncology and Critical Care. Klancie has over 20 years of nursing experience that she brings to the practice!
Erica Horton
FNP-BC
Erica graduated from Walden University in 2019 with her Masters Degree in Nursing. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as a member of Phi Theta Tau International Honor Society. She has worked in the nursing field since 2009, and has held many roles in an administrative capacity. She also has extensive nursing experience with geriatrics, medical-surgical nursing, home care and hospice care. We are so fortunate to have her!
